You can be a very good recruiter, but if you're not great at constantly building new pipelines of business, the battle of 30 day wars takes it's toll.

Interesting question Brian - a number of 'thought leaders' / 'experts' are noticeably missing from the landscape. I think it could be atrributed to point Bill made. If you are just resting our your laurels and not constantly flipping stones and building that pipeline, chances are you are not achieving those same levels of success that you might be accustom too.  So it calls for stepping off the soapbox and going back to fundamentals and digging deep to survive. Thanks as always for sharing. Glad your meeting went well.
