Thank you, Bill! Frankly, I am rather technically challenged and intimidated by it all! Perhaps, this blog will help reduce my fear of ever changing technology. I went to a marketing seminar last night in which they spoke about blogging, pod casting, adding videos to your web site, and many other things that I find overwhelming.
I will try to figure out how to get back to my profile to upload a photo. I have my photo on LinkedIn so I'm sure I can manage it here too!

Bill - thank you for the welcome. Having been in recruiting for a number of years, I am always looking for new ways to recruit and to sharpen my skills. Sometimes the old ways are not always the best ways, especially when working with high tech individuals. We need to stay ahead of the curve or at least try to be on the curve as it is happening. I do enjoy working with other professionals and learning.

I am currently working as a Passive Recruiter looking for Junior/Semisenior Video Editors based in Poland, with advanced English skills and solid understanding of video postproduction tools and processes. I would be really thankful if you could give me some guidance or tips regarding how or where to find the right people on the Internet. I speak English, German and Spanish, but not Polish, which makes it a little bit difficult.
Passive recruiting is a new, interesting field to me. So I am open to learn as much as possible about it.
