I was raised in Harrisburg, PA however left the US with the Co-Founder of HotJobs to set up Offshore RPO/RPS with Ex-pat recruiters. I sure miss PA but enjoying Buenos Aires, Argentina tremendously. I too agree on candidate delivery with less talk.
