    Bill, the site is ready to go, here is the Recruiter2Recruiter.biz. We have 14 members so far from different industries. I will have a discussion forum in the next 2-3 weeks. Take a look, let me know what you would like to have on the site to make our jobs easier. I will have a another section for recruiters with Tips, tricks, etc... Also a section for candidates with tips for interviewing, etc...
    I would like this to be an all in one site so we do not have to go to different sites, let me know, I am open to almost anything.

    Yes - I do! I focus more on projects and process re-engineering though than full time recruitment.
