Hi Satya, I recruit for Cisco in San Jose, CA. I've recently been approached by a colleague in India who would like to know if there are networking sites for engineers in the US who want to return to India. Are you aware of any such resources?
San Jose is my favorite place with in entire bay area. & Cisco is my favorite technology innovator.
There are few sites like http://www.apnacircle.com, www.brijj.com & http://www.joso.com
however they are not dedicated networks for engineers only. I can help out in finding more sites, if provided with the sector he is in with in engineering stream.
