If you sign up a hiring manager who posts their jobs on the site and someone in your network gets the job, you get paid twice, so hiring managers are very valuable to accumulate, especially those with many jobs to post.
Also the back office is being revamped and is currently in beta testing. When it is released in a couple of weeks you will be able to see who in your network has applied for jobs, and the status of whether they accept or decline. There will also be a job search capability that will allow you to target people specifically for the jobs posted on the site.
