We offer online assessment GUARANTEED to make you MORE PLACEMENTS!

ITS A JUNGLE OUT THERE. Retained search is down. What's left is more often contingent. Employers are picky picky. So how is hunkering down workin' for ya?

SEARCH DIFFERENT: Add PERFORMANCE Assessments.
Objective, accurate, Performance Testing and third-party Confirmed Achievements give you the edge when selling your candidates. Created by Drs. Janz and Paajanen (Organizational Psychologists), we arm you with an Objectve Talent PROfile. The OTP combines the numbers that show where your candidate stands on key Performance Constructs with behavioral success stories confirmed by credible third parties. OTPs give clients the confidence they need to pull the trigger and hire when resumes and unstructured interviews leave too much doubt on the table. You forward us the search criteria. We generate an assessment link to email to candidates or place in a posting. We show you how to access the sorted list of candidates and their OTPs. Simple.

Our guarantee is also simple. You don't pay until they pay and ONLY if we convince you that the OTP helped get your candidate hired. Our fee is 10% of your fee. We trust, but verify. Get in touch to view sample OTPs and an Assessment DEMO.

Tom, again thanks for our repspose to my post. As I may have mentioned to you, I Think many people I have worked with or interviewed with learned how to behavioral interview in the same way many appproach learning about the Atkin's diet. They read the first few steps and believe they've got the whole picture. So my slam was not on behavioral interviewing in it's true form (I misspoke whe I claimed that an interviewer might be using "too literally" when what I really meant to say is "more robotically", or without knowing what their outcome is really suppossed to be.) but rather on many people who do not use those techniques appropriately or effectively. Thanks again for your thoughtful comment.
