Time to Fill

Can anyone share how your company gets your time to fill stat? Is it from the time the position is posted till the time the position gets put on hold or closed? Open to suggestions here! Thanks for any feedback you can give :)

For me I am currently working with other recruiters. I keep searching until they tell me the position is closed.
