OT: College Athletics & Conferences Alignment

Is Anyone else feel like their head in spinning with all this ACC/PAC12/SEC/blah blah talk?

 

Now I anxiously await the fate of my UCONN Huskies.

 

A few weeks ago I posted this little post about NCAA Recruiting, after today I might have to rethink things. Sad to see such rivalries go up in smoke just overnight.

Tim,

It's a little like redistricting in politics.  Today you're a force to be reckoned with.  Overnight you're cut-off from your base. 

In sports, historical rivalries take a contest to a higher level.  But if a big BUCK can be made with a business decision to change all that--it's all about the money.  And if you try to challenge that decision--you're talk'n to the hand.
