What would YOU wish for?

A crystal ball that would determine if a candidate was telling you the truth?

A database of fool-proof candidates?

This could even just be a tool that you wish existed that would make your life as a recruiter a bit easier.

I really just want one thing. A bullshit detector. Mine's pretty good, but not foolproof. :)

a Time Machine.... timing is usually a key factor in whether you place someone or not.  Either the candidate is off the market before the Hiring Manager pulls the trigger or you find the perfect candidate a week after the positions went away.  If time wasn't a factor we'd all have 150 placements a year & be living on a tropical island somewhere.
