Looking for a recommendation. We're a busy and growing staffing division of a boutique recruitng firm in NYC that's been in business since 1984. We're looking to bring on a new person to our temporary staffing team. Preferably someone with strong business development/sales skills in the staffing industry. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks very much!

A good idea could be to recruit the recruiter out of their current company. You might want try tapping into larger corporate companies and recruit candidates out of ther. Maybe you have something to offer that is a better fit for them? Shorter commute, better commission structure, more flexible scheduling, etc.
Good luck!
