Hi Binpin, thanks for your response. We are looking for US workers only. The key is that people need to live here and already have relationships pre-established within their region. Good old fashioned face to face selling - that's what we are looking for.

I have been recruiting for over 12 years, the last 3 years Virtually. I am not in California but have always been a top producer both on site and off site. Any feed back on getting into placing middleware - I am interested in providing applicants as I know many people.
Are you having problems getting well qualified people for SOA, App Servers and Java programmers?
