Any suggestions for "non-traditional" recruiting methods for a SharePoint Analyst?

If you are in IT, I am sure you are aware of the elusive SharePoint gurus. I've had a few bites, but haven't found the perfect candidate yet. Anyone have some good sourcing ideas other than traditional job boards?
