s·com is a 28 year old IT and telecommunications staffing firm with nationwide locations. I am currently looking for two experienced candidates for the following roles in our Woburn office: Direct Hire Recruiter and Account Executive. Account Executive

s·com is seeking talented individuals who can identify and build relationships with hiring managers in the IT and/or Telecommunications industries. A successful Account Executive must build their client base through use of our internal database, sales leads, cold calling, networking, industry research and marketing campaigns. With no set territory and a national focus, they must be able to create and maintain client relationships using a consultative approach that consists of telephone, email and face-to-face communication. We see our clients as business partners who we assist not only by fulfilling their staffing requirements, but also by helping them to strategically plan for their future needs. Staffing Specialist

With no set territory and a national focus, they must be able to create and maintain client relationships using a consultative approach that consists of telephone, email and face-to-face communication. Our Staffing Specialists also source and recruit IT candidates with exceptional skills. They must build their candidate base through use of our internal database, referrals, cold calling, direct recruiting, networking and marketing campaigns. They must also screen and interview candidates to assess their compatibility with available positions and verify that information via reference checks and other screening applications.
