We are seeking a full-time IT Recruiter to join our Redmond,

Requirements:

You must have at least 2 to 4 years experience - academically or in a work environment in: sales, recruiting, business development and marketing or in a communications field.

You must be able to work a flexible work schedule. (Our Weekend Team is currently looking for new hires to work with them.)

Having IT staffing experience is a big plus for any candidate!

You should have strong organization, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Candidates with a solid understanding of information technology will have an advantage.

You should have outstanding verbal and written communications skills, as well as possess a thorough understanding of internet recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies.

We are looking for candidates that can be creative in their
approaches, have great people skills and who will want come to work each day because it is what they love to do!
