I haven't in about 2 months. For a while I was actively marketing a few names I thought were cool, but had no takers. How can an amateur like me learn to make some profit buying and selling domain names?
it's not easy. Much easier to do if you have scripts to catch expired names. The best thing is only buy names you think can be developed and then develop them. I have lots that just sit but most of them have been owned for almost 10 years so i am the original buyer.
what names were you trying to sell?

I found out "The Mergis Group" was going to be buying one of my local competitors, Spherion, so I bought MergisGroup.net and a few other similar names. I contacted the principals of the Companies and offered to sell the names, but never heard back. (I tried repeatedly, too)
I am at work now and don't have access to my folders or my account with godaddy, so I can't get any more specific right now. I'll get back to you with some other examples over the weekend.
