Hi Jason.
What about the following comment by John on the WhyPark page???

I wish I could be as excited as the others, but WhyPark lost all of its appeal after losing the ability to host Adsense. I have been a WhyPark user since May of 06, and nothing compares to the revenue that once existed with the Adsense in place.(I paid for my service in the first 30 days of using WhyPark; Haven’t come close to that number in the last 7 months on the same domains) Not too mention it appears that any domain placed on the WhyPark network (for a fair amount of time) is banned for development by Google. I personally see a possibility of a lot of angry domainers in the future, who used WhyPark at one point and now can’t place Adsense ads on the domains once hosted at WhyPark.
I hope you didn't waste your $99
That could buy a lot of Guinea litter.

That's cool. I browsed the site, It sure looks legit. I do have several different groups of domains that might do well with a service like this.
Let me know how it starts working out for you.
This is definitely a different option than developing a site and then waiting for the right buyer.
