Anyone else having problems with ec-manage?

I keep getting emails from these people, looking for my "help" in finding contractors for their open positions. I have asked to be removed from their distribution list, but they keep sending the emails.

I called the Fremont, CA number they have on their website, but it's disconnected (surprise, surprise).

I am getting tired of the SPAM. I am going to have them blacklisted from our corporate servers, but I wanted to see if anyone else is having problems with them, as well.
