We're a 15K plus community of sourcers, recruiters, and vendors who are keenly aware that pink is not the favorite color of job seekers. I'm espousing our own stimulus package that will take place every Tuesday so long as Heather doesn't mind.

I'll be posting the resume of a job seeker, someone who has agreed to a public scrutiny of their CV in hopes of (a) ending up with the best possible resume and (b) being called in for an interview with you. The only thing I won't put in the post is their header information including name, address, and contact info; if you're a great sourcer or recruiter, you should be able to figure this stuff out anyway - just don't post it (if you're chomping at the bit as to the name of the person, send me a private message and I'll confirm or deny your guess).

In the comments, please suggest specific ways to improve their resume; they will know in advance that this thread has been posted and will be watching and sending me answers to your questions which I will subsequently post in the thread.

If you have a real opportunity for them, also post this in the thread and I'll let them know.

In the end, I will not make money off these people; if you want to - great - but I won't.

We're a community who needs to spend at least some of our time helping others. This is one of my ways...
