I want to give you a look at what RecruitingBlogs.com will look like in about 12-36 hours.

It's almost done. I just need to figure out the best way to get some of John Sumser and some of the great things he has written over the last 15 years on the front page.

I have been working on RecruitingBlogs.com for a long time now and I think it's a pretty incredible place. When Ning made the changes they did about a month ago or so, I knew it was time for a change. I figured it was the perfect time to try to take this to the next level.

For the last 2 weeks, I have been working non stop and trying to get it right. I am sure there are bugs that will be uncovered but we'll fix them.

I want to thank Maren Hogan who is completely responsible for making the site look the way it does. I want to thank Julian Gude who handled everything technical, and I want to say thanks to everyone who makes this site great by adding content and leaving comments and reading the posts etc.

I hope you like it and I hope I made the right decision.

Maren - you are gifted. Through you, so are we.

Jules - you strike again!

Jason - what's a blog?
Like I always say.
Wow! Got scared for a second there! Went to recruitingblogs.com and thought I was lost!! Good thing I thought to check recruitingblogs.ning.com :-)

Looking forward to experiencing the new look.
The site is now back on line and now testing all the links.
Nice. That's a strategy I use as well; Weaving a more static site together with the community functionality. Get's you the best of both worlds and increases opportunity for additional functionality and control....and income.

As always, I'm enjoying watching this project grow.
