You will be asked to look at five one-page resumes and give us your thoughts on the individuals’ estimated starting salaries. For the purposes of this study, you can assume the job applicant is flexible about location and fairly flexible about sectors given the current economic situation.

These are resumes are composites of several MBA students; they are not real people. Your reactions to the different resumes will allow us to gather information that can help future job seekers become more marketable.

In exchange for filling out the survey, we will gladly give you a "recommendation" on your LinkedIn.com profile. You will be able to compare your perceptions of the resumes with other recruiters.

Rest assured that your answers will be anonymous. Our goal is only to report the aggregate averages. We will not publish or share your information or answers unless you authorize us to do so.
