Some clients and staffing firms will continue to try the volume method...throw enough resumes at them and hope one sticks. Volume recruiting is enabled by technology and tools. It always has been and always will be a frustrating time wasting expensive business practice. Or should I say lack of business practice?

Conversations. Meetings. Interviews. Pre-Screening and Qualifying. Testing. Verifying. Closing. Win-Wins.

Andrew, being in technology you understand better than most it is only a means to an end. Great company name to be true trusted advisor!
I'd rather have one "star" and than 10 "just getting by's." Attracting those stars and then educating our clients that quality beats quantity everytime is going to be a huge turn in business. I totally agree with you. Great post.
