Recruiting Books

Hi there,

Anyone can recommend a good recruiting book? Book that helps with maintaining candidate control, tips for internet recruiting, etc.

Have you checked out The Fordyce Letter? It's a print newsletter, not a book, but it's the best in the business for issues that Independent Recruiters face.

Tahir. Now that you've bought Breakthrough! what are your thoughts? I'm still debating which books to buy to get to the next level.
