We are an executive search firm looking to hire internally.  As we are a small firm, we are looking to save money on a Monster.com account by sharing it.  We would only need it for a few hours a week.  Does anyone already do this, and is looking for another company to share?  Anyone know of a company that does this, or how search firms save on this type of thing?  Thanks.

I don't think what you are looking to do is allowed according to the license agreement. Asking others how they break an agreement isn't the way to go, so my suggestion would be to contact the company directly and ask them what you can do that is legal.
This search firm advertises. :)

Search firms don't advertise.
The licensing agreement issue aside (it is a BIG issue), I believe most job sites, including Monster, have placed restrictions on the number of resume views granted in a day or week. It might get in the way of finding a willing conspirator (joking). They also track the IP of machines accessing the site. This issue is pertinent to resume searches and not job postings. I hope you find a good solution.
LOL, If advertising is cheating the entire country is in trouble. Had to laugh at one of my pals who works for a high blown search firm who says they don;'t use the job boards. She just made a big placement, admitted that she got the top three candidates off the boards but said she never told anybody that little secret. My take, i don't care if they come from the moon if they are good candidates. Advertising just may reach a few more people.
Yes Virginia, search firms advertise and sharing big job board accounts in the way described is a big no-no.
