A friend of mine does pharmacist recruiting and says that you cannot find those people on job boards. She does all direct cold call recruiting, and these people are so in demand that they are getting tons of calls daily, so you need to be strategic in how you approach them, have something unique to offer. She takes the two step approach of calling to get names and then calling each name back.

Thanks Pam - I was hoping to expand our database with some candidates but sounds like we'll stick with the cold calling.
