Copy the URL from your ning page. Go to sitemeter.com. Get free account. Click HTML in left margin. Copy Regular HTML code to your Comment Wall. It will count your vistors. Here's my code for example.

Click Ignore Visits In left margin and then click ignore visits from this browser so it doesn't count your visits.
