Driver Staffing Selling Branch Manager

A client of ours, which is an innovative, growing staffing firm. is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to sell for and manage their driver staffing office in the Philadelphia area. This is an entrepreneurial, dynamic company that is looking to grow!

The Manager will be :
--Responsible for calling on, selling to and closing new business with transportation companies and transportation departments.
-- Working with existing accounts and penetrating and growing the business that the office now has.
-- Hiring, mentoring and growing a team.
-- DRIVING SALES, building relationships, and "running the ship".
-- Called upon to help out with filling the orders that have been brought in when the recruiting team is super busy.
-- Reporting to a dynamic Director who will help one be successful!

Requirements

Must:

-- Have a solid job history with a track record of growth, SALES SUCCESS and achievement WITHIN EITHER THE THE STAFFING INDUSTRY OR THE TRANPORTATION INDUSTRY.
--Be someone who enjoys autonomy and must have an entrepreneurial spirit.
--Be an upbeat, positive individual who enjoys leading a team.
--Be passionate about working for a great company and must be an enthusiastic team player.
-- Be "hungry", be a hunter,have a competitive nature and an attitude of “failure is not an option”.

Driver leasing (staffing) experience would be a great fit, but not a must.
