SO where does recruitment really begin? Resignations, Increase in Attrition, Growth, New Projects, Ambitions, Opportunities OR identifying a DREAM. Which option do we want to capitalize on ? To the candidates, Yes ! we are selling a Dream, an opportunity, A better future. But what are we really doing? We are in the business of ‘concept selling’. Something which has no physical existence and we have to make it soooo Appealable, Sexy, Desirable that our candidates want it at every cost. To get there, there is no option but to build TRUST, coz remember while it is opportunity for us it is very much Bread & butter and a Better future of a person that we are dealing with.
So Be Wise & choose Nice !!
