Paula is U.S. features editor of Online Recruitment Magazine, AIRS News editor, contributing editor to TalentManagementTech.com (TMT), career editor of SingleMindedWomen.com, and author of nearly 1,000 articles that are featured in many global and domestic publications and information outlets. In addition, her work has been posted at more than 100 websites throughout the world, referenced in academic and legal publications, and translated into several languages. A respected authority on employment issues, Paula has been quoted in the press and has been a featured guest on various radio programs.
Tracy Cordova, Global Staffing Operations Manager, Motorola
Tracy Cordova is currently the Global Staffing Operations Manager for the Motorola Talent Acquisition Team. In her current role, Tracy has responsibility for Global Staffing Processes and Systems, Metrics, Compliance Initiatives, Vendor Management, and Internet Recruitment Strategies. Tracy has over 15 years of Staffing Experience. She began her Staffing Career at Northrop Grumman and then moved to Motorola where she has held various Staffing roles for the past 10 years. These positions include Sourcing Specialist, Recruiting Account Manager, Recruiting Project Manager and her current position as the Staffing Operations Manager. She has an in-depth understanding of the latest recruiting trends including Web 2.0 Technologies, OFCCP Compliance, Process Globalization, and Standardization.
Shannon Seery Gude, Vice President, Digital, Bernard HODES Group
Shannon Seery Gude specializes in helping companies leverage web technologies and social media to communicate and monitor employer brands, to engage and interact with potential candidates, and retain employees.
Along with her team of Digital solutions consultants, web designers, programmers, and project managers, Shannon develops and implements award-winning career web sites, web applications, and strategies, including online employer reputation management strategies, next generation social media optimization, and social computing. She and her talented team have developed recruitment web strategies and talent management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients Bank of America, Citi, FedEx, MetLife, and WellPoint.
Shannon has spent 12 years involved in Interactive marketing and web development. Prior to joining Bernard Hodes Group, she was Regional Director, Client Services/Internet Recruitment Leader at The David Group. Shannon also worked for the digital arms of both Knight Ridder Digital (now McClatchy Interactive) and Cox Newspapers. Shannon holds a bachelor’s of art degree in psychology from Colgate University.

With an extensive background in hospitality management, a former employee of a search engine optimization firm, a degree in advertising/PR and 5 years in an ad agency environment, Melyssa provides innovative and strategic client solutions. She currently oversees a number of clients and assists the agency with all things social media. Melyssa is also the current chapter president for the Staffing Management Association of South Florida and an active member of South Florida Interactive Marketing Association.
Timothy Kutzer, Manager of Talent Acquisition, Best Buy
Timothy Kutzer is an experienced HR Professional with background in recruitment strategy and operations, branding, and program development. His current responsibilities as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Best Buy Co., Inc. include developing, evaluating and sustaining sourcing and diversity recruitment strategies for Best Buy Retail, Corporate, and Best Buy subsidiaries. He is also responsible for Recruitment Operations, as well as Best Buy's recruitment brand, including strategies to promote Best Buy as an employer of choice.
