Digital Engagement as a job title - an easy way to identify the "old skool" versus the "net natives"!

I can't believe just how many businesses in the recruiting sector (and their associated clients I hasten to add) in the UK are still sticking to the old principles of print, email and job board advertising.

That being said I can also appreciate what a daunting task it is for many businesses to evolve and adopt the more collaborative and social behaviours of the world at large today.

Where do they start even if they are motivated?? I really think the recruiting sector in the UK needs a shake up, if there's anyone in this group that is like minded and would like to collaborate on some projects in the UK let me know I'm always interested.
