Talent Hook?

Hello,

I am considering subscribing to Talent Hook and wonder if any of you would share your experiences with me who have used, or currently use, this tool. Have you found it valuable on an ongoing basis? Any gripes or problems? Is their customer service as good and as accessible as they claim? Are there other similar tools out there that you feel are better or comparable?
