It appears that recruiters can no long be "islands unto themselves." This is a very candidate driven market. This is especially true in high niche positions. I have had a lot of success working with a recruiter in Chicago with another network. He has the positions and I find or have the people. I am buried right now filling a couple of positions with him but I think discussions about best use of resources might be interesting.
