As a fellow entrepreneur / manager, I would like to ask if everyone could share their best marketing practices . What works for you? What doesn't? What percentage of your expenses do you recommend for marketing? What are some of the problems you have run in to? How do you run your sales team? If their is anything I may have forgot to mention, please add.
