Meghan,

This is a great blog. I train with my newer account managers ( and continue to train with the senior members)  to "Do the best match for dispatch".... However, the perfect candidate is not always the most skilled. We want to look for the best  fit  for our client, and the candidate, as well. When we place, we hope to achieve longevity. In doing so, we are not only going to blow the socks off the employer with our ability to get a great person,  we will clearly make a statement we understand their needs, both immediate and long term.
