Recruiting via social media will continue to erode the big job boards' revenue.  We see the shift away from job boards to a more targeted digital recruitment strategy that includes social media sites, job aggregators, and a focus on employer brand.

The question should be "Why aren't you using Facebook for job recruiting"?  Having a Facebook Recruiting Strategy for your organization is an important part of an overall recruitment marketing strategy.

This survey illustrates that fact that recruiting for skilled positions hasn't gotten any easier and that you have to expand where you are searching for candidates.  You MUST move beyond the job boards to find today's skilled candidates.
