Just the sheer abundance of "numbers" can create quite a few difficult moments...and influence some of the habits of Aishwarya!

1.A posting on a jobsite for a Sr VP-would have gotten her few hundred resumes-even from freshers, and those with no relevance to the competency! The logic- when a Sr VP gets recruited, surely he/she would be managing a team below of people with varying levels of experience!!

2.As a junior recruiter Aishwaryas email box is forever brimming with a few hundred resumes that come in every day. Her inbox in Outlook has atleast a couple of thousand unread mails. And yes, she now needs a couple of phonecalls from the prospect to even read them out of turn!

3.Aishwarya is habituated to shortlist resumes -on the basis of age, qualification, number of years of experience, sex, distance of commute, even the reputation of the railway service the candidate is likely to travel by for work!!

Aishwarya starts learning C, C++ and SAP as she realises she has more time on her hand!!

Hey Animal, Aishwarya Rai is too expensive too play a recruiter. She should be playing the CEO (Indra Nooyi?) and someone like Geeta Basra/Bipasha Basu could be the poor harried recruiter ;-)
