Just read this... Looks like FB continues to move towards LinkedIn in terms of becoming more of a  professional network

Is this something you will use for sourcing??

Absolutely not.  FB is for play, not for work.  I'm not going to connect with people on FB.  You are opening your self up to WAY TOO MANY possibilities of lawsuits.

LinkedIn, or any other professional networking site is fine, but FB is for play. If you're going to use FB, why not just use Match.com?  You'll find single people who can work longer hours.  (That is sarcastic.....)
