Convincing a salaried candidate to accept a lesser base + commissioned position is like convincing someone to jump off a ledge by telling them there is a safety net they can't see!

Then they are not the right person for the position....or you are not communicating it correctly....

We should never have to 'convince' a candidate to do anything!
