Approaching recruiters and companies - How should I go for it to provide job solutions to my members

Background

I have been running a knowledge portal for Mechanical Engineers 932 thousand members) , linkedin group (52 k members) and recently started for entire engineering 

These days lots of freshers - keep messaging and sending me their Resume

My question is -

1 How to approach recruiters so that they can post relevant jobs on my site?

2 I have seen facebook pages and groups where lots of jobs are posted - how can I find jobs so that I can post myself

3 Can I make a strategic partner to recruitment company or can I start my own company

As of now I don't have any company - I work for steel manufacturing company and running these knowledge portal as a passion.

Please advise the various opportunities I can explore associated model to work on

Excellent questions, Saurabh.

The first two: you look at similar position on FB, LI, and job boards, and modify as needed)

I have two questions for you regarding your third:

1) Which of these options do you prefer?

2) Which of these options would you do better at?

(The answers may/may not be the same.)

How those people on fb and linkedin  get it - how can I come with that mechanism

It is not always the direct person posting link ,,,,, it is more often collection and compilation
