I'm on the fence as to which job boards I want to continue to invest in and those that I'm ready to leave behind. Dice is one that recently changed the logic behind searches and my recruiters have been complaining about it for months now. We use CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn Recruiter along with Pay-per-Click through Indeed.
Does anyone have any thoughts or advice?

I've been using Indeed and LI pretty much exclusively. Monster and Career builder seem to be a waste of time and really expensive. I haven't found anything else that works for us, but posting on Craigslist works great! I talked to a sales person for Dice and while he made it sound really good, $999 for one opening seemed expensive at the time.
I work for a financial services technology company and though we had a lot of budgeted tech positions budgeted for '15, we had a lot of non-tech positions budgeted also so we chose to go elsewhere since DICE since is only tech. So I think it depends on what your needs are.
In my previous job I had used DICE for many years and while it has a lot of candidates on it, most are inundated with calls/emails for other opportunities within 24 hours.
Many of the hires we have today are from Indeed (PPC/applied), LinkedIn and referrals, and we have some from job boards and other internet avenues. I'm of the believe that you need to turn over as many stones as possible when seeking talent, but I'm also of the believe that whatever your company's needs are, traditional job boards today are pricey and merely a supplement in the hiring strategy.
Personally, I almost never use individual job boards because they give you really weak candidates, mostly. However, I have used ZipRecruiter, which posts to 50+ different sites and it sometimes works. It is not how I recruit, 99% of the time, but once in a while I've gotten some strong resumes (usually not!)
