Got the candidates, now need the Job Orders!

So, where do we find jobs now that we have great candidates? Our sales people have not been bringing in the job orders....any ideas?

Your guys are plainly asking the wrong questions and too easily giving in to the "speak to HR" objection and when they get there they cant handle the people who are experts in rejecting recruiters!
