Disscussion: source of candidates in semiconductor

I find it's hard in semiconductor sector. I often use LinkedIn to search, and the result is good but no much. Where do you often find the candidates? Any other vertical network in semiconductor. -Jack

Jack it is a hard industry to work but a good one to work. You need to know the industry so when you get an order you know what companies the guys you want to recruit are at. That is the best way to do it over the long run.
