I've only posted the Don'ts and culled them down the the ones that will limit recruiters, advertisers and open networkers.

DON’T
o include information in your profile or in Status Updates which reveals your identity such as an email address, phone number or address or is confidential in nature;
o imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn unless you have entered in to a written agreement with LinkedIn Corporation (this includes representing yourself as an accredited LinkedIn trainer if you have not been certified by LinkedIn as such);
o deep-link to the Site for any purpose, (i.e. including a link to a LinkedIn web page other than LinkedIn’s home page) unless expressly authorized in writing by LinkedIn or for the purpose of promoting your profile or a Group on LinkedIn;
o use manual or automated software, devices, scripts robots, other means or processes to access, “scrape,” “crawl” or “spider” any web pages contained in the site
o use automated methods to add contacts, send messages or other permitted activities;
o collect, use or transfer any information, including but not limited to, personally identifiable information obtained from LinkedIn except as expressly permitted in the User Agreement or the owner of such information may expressly permit;
o invite people with whom you have no prior relationship to join your network;
o upload a cartoon, symbol, drawing or any content other than a photograph of yourself in your profile photo;
o use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from the Company, or create a false identity on LinkedIn;
o upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available or initiate any content that:
o includes telephone numbers, email addresses, street addresses or any personally identifiable information for which there is not a field provided by LinkedIn;
o includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. This prohibition includes but is not limited to (a) using LinkedIn invitations to send messages to people who don’t know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact; (b) using LinkedIn to connect to people who don’t know you and then sending unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without their permission; and (c) sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases.
o adds to a content field content that is not intended for such field (i.e. submitting a telephone number in the “title” or any other field).

Don't deep link the site? That one was left in accidentally.

Beware TOS my friends - you can be booted as an example, with little recourse.

So we're no longer allowed to include an email address or a phone number inour profiles? Yikes! They do keep (d)evolving...
"upload a cartoon, symbol, drawing or any content other than a photograph of yourself in your profile photo".....ooops....this will cause sleepless nights for many users including myself...
See, I am not the best looking guy but my logo is very pretty...hm, what to do...
I've never had much joy with LinkedIn. People like to connect to grow their networks but that is about it.
o invite people with whom you have no prior relationship to join your network

Interesting change that does not address the TopLinked members who have no prior relationship to the bulk of their contacts and are building connections for commercial or advertising purposes.
I thought the purpose of networking was developing NEW relationships.
I guess open networkers could take the Bill Clinton approach and state that they were using a different definition of the word "relationship" than Linkedin. Just using the Define: relationship function on Google the first definition is;
*a relation between people; (`relationship' is often used where `relation' would serve, as in `the relationship between inflation and unemployment ...
*a state of connectedness between people (especially an emotional connection); "he didn't want his wife to know of the relationship"
*a state involving mutual dealings between people or parties or countries
*kinship: (anthropology) relatedness or connection by blood or marriage or adoption

Using these definitions aren't we all connected in one way or another. I mena this is all one mother earth that we are spinning around on, that's our connection with one another. (;-) preparing my defense, admittedly it needs a little work)
