I was listening to this conversation between 2 people on the train ride in to work recently.



“Most of the unemployed are unemployable. They’re not technologically current, and they look deplorable” the conversation continued.

The same old job boards don't work (including spiders). We need to have a website with a new methodology to be able to connect candidates with job openings with more selectivity. Instead of hiring managers receiving hundreds of resumes (most don't qualify) - they would receive ONLY the qualified ones (a much smaller quantity).
