Hola Recruiters!

Like many of my colleagues, I'm aggressively searching for a new opportunity. I've spent the last 12 years leading recruiting teams in Fortune 500 environments. Since July of last year, I have been in the trenches, recruiting and sourcing with my shirt-sleeves rolled up as I founded my own recruiting firm, WirelessJobs.com.

However, due to the economy's downturn, I have started an aggressive (yes, that's the 2nd time I've used that word) job search and would love to speak with you.

Looking for somebody that's passionate about client relationships? Relentless in their pursuit of top talent? Somebody with deep experience in the complete recruiting/sourcing/interviewing process, and well versed in the type of metrics that reflect successful recruiting initiatives? I know...it sounds like a lot of cliches. If you know me, you know that we don't like city-slicker-cliche-talk where I come from. Just plain talk. And facts.

Oh, and did I mention that I'm giving away one Nestle' Crunch for every decent job lead that comes my way? Yeah, I know...that's pretty cheesy. I'd love to throw wads of cash, fame, and fortune. But since I'm looking for a job, my favorite candy bar will have to do.

I started out with 36 candy bars, but I've already sent out 3. So, I've got 33 to candy bars to go.
