We are a medium to large size recruiting firm (50 recruiters) and are in several different markets. We are coming off of back to back to back record years. Historically in the past we have faired extremely well during any economic downturns. We never back off of training and will rarely reduce our fees, if ever. We will continue with more of the same this time around. I am curious if any firms are planning on doing anything different this time around than what they might have done in the past? ie, added services, expanded markets, more home offices,
