Any Suggestions on a system with both HR and Recruiting functions?

I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a good HRIS where HR information could be tracked as well as recruiting? The company I work with is not big enough to have an ERP. We are looking to track information such as, salary history, certifications, timesheets, and even possible scheduling since we are a consulting company. Even better yet would be a system the integrates well with a financial applications. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
