Description & Requirements

The Consultant is responsible for growing the direct hire business by utilizing creative and professional marketing, business development, and client penetration strategies. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates and facilitating candidate selection by using prospecting, negotiation, and assessment skills.


We require that you have a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of experience in a professional recruiting role. We also require a history of success
