Taleo will acquire Vurv.....your thoughts?

The very first ATS that I worked with was Vurv (formerly Recruitmax). We all can probably agree that no ATS is perfect, but what are your thoughts of this change? I used Taleo as well, but didn't find it as user friendly as Vurv....I'm interested to hear your thoughts?
