Hi Folks,

One of my responsibilities is the production of a weekly email newsletter that is distributed to our global talent acquisition team. I currently am keeping it quite simple, with 4-5 articles that I come across during the week that I think would be beneficial to the team. I also try to include articles for the contact center industry, as this is one of my company's core areas. I basically include the article's title, a one paragraph description and a link back to the article on the host website. I always obtain permission prior to distributing the link.

I am always on the lookout for more articles for this. I would appreciate any tips and feedback you can give me on sources for these articles (aside from ERE of course!) . If you have articles that you would like to contribute so much the better.
